HISTORY The Dealership was established in 1960 by John M. Pugmire on West Peachtree Steet at North Avenue in Downtown Atlanta. In 1967, he moved the franchise to Marietta where it was first located on Roswell Street. The present facility was constructed in 1973 with an additional service/body expansion of 17,000 square feet completed in the winter of 1988. In 1981, Richard Pugmire became the general manager. Then, in 1990 the Pugmire Isuzu franchise was established, with the new showroom at the corner of Terrell and Cobb Parkway. The Dealership was founded on the principles of customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, salesmanship, honesty, and the highest ethical standards. We believe you will find this evident as an employee or a customer. On Sept. 1st 2001, Pugmire Automotive Group Company acquired Kennesaw Lincoln Mercury, now known as Pugmire Lincoln Mercury @ town Center. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US: / OUR CUSTOMER RELATIONS PHILOSOPHY Our most important goal is customer satisfaction and owner loyalty. Customers are the most important people in the world. Without them, we would not be here. * CUSTOMERS are the most important people in our business, whether we are dealing with them in person or on the phone. * CUSTOMERS are not dependent on us. We are dependent on them. * CUSTOMERS are not an interruption of our work. They are the reason for it. * CUSTOMERS favor us with their patronage. We are not doing them a favor by serving them. * CUSTOMERS are an essential part of our business. They are not outsiders. * CUSTOMERS are not cold statistics. They are human beings with feelings and emotions like our own. * CUSTOMERS are not just someone to argue with or match wits with. * CUSTOMERS are people who bring us their wants. It is our job to fill those wants. * CUSTOMERS are deserving of the most courteous and attentive treatment we can give them. * CUSTOMERS ARE THE LIFE BLOOD OF OUR BUSINESS.
